You spit swiftly/ Venom to get in 'em and rip- quickly
Dizzy, they can't follow your words/ they don't see, history
You busy battling verbs/ you're still a mystery

I respect those beating the block/ force feeding victory
Overcoming their coming/close to a century
Silent for so long/ and so on/you need to be free
Freedom is the path/ It doesn't come easy
They say come one come all/ Please come correctly
Don't preach to the masses/ you lack integrity
Integrate your mind/ If you're conscious, just let it be
If mislead, tell me my place in this industry
No beneficial arrangement/ It's a conspiracy
They break bread/ to white-line my destiny

You spit swiftly/ Venom to get in 'em and rip- quickly
Dizzy, they can't follow your words/ they don't see, history
You busy battling verbs/ you're still a mystery

But back to the matter at hand/ That's really about me
Back when fear followed my sorrow/ I was in jeopardy
I found the 'fuk it' one night/ Released in this therapy
Liberated not in the bed/ but from this poetry
God granted this gift and gave me serenity
Said this over and over/ Until I believed in me
Perpetuated this to bless those that believed in me
You say it's evolution/ But this revolution was supposed to be
I am blood of soldiers/ Doesn't matter what I appear to be

I spit swiftly/ Venom to get in 'em and rip, quickly
Feel me? Now they follow my words/ They see my history
I constantly battle with verbs/ No more a mystery
