So then I ventured out in search of new sounds like the ones out that put a new twist to classic songs. I also listened to classic deejays who linked up with new school artists to marry two sounds and create the sweetest melody. Word. Last but not least I had my ears wide open cruising the internet trying to hear new beats. So through this journey...I would like to share a little of what inspired me.

Let's talk about Pete Rock's
" NY Finest". FIYAH!!!!! If you hit a dry spell and need inspiration to write let the ENTIRE Cd ride out. It came out today. Pete Rock's one of my fav deejays/producers. So he needs no introduction. He hooked up with Redman, Styles P, Lords of the Underground, Raekwon.

My favorite track: "Til' I Retire" - CHECK OUT THE VIDEO. IT'S INSANITY!!!
The clip of Redman's track "Best Believe" on this album is bananas. REDMAN has always been the truth. I had to rewind Selecta! REWIND!!!! OOOOh Weeee! I hope i'm puttin someone on! I hope I'm converting a few heads; Bringing someone through the tunnel to see the light.

What's next on the menu.... 9th Wonder. His latest album "The Wonder Years" dropped at the end of January. Listen to the track entitled " Only Knew" ft. Styles P and Tyler Woods.
There's more to come. I'm just getting started!
